Yes and No! CompareLegalJobs is owned by Compare Professional Service Jobs Limited. CompareLegalJobs is the first of a ‘family’ of professional service job boards that we intend to launch within the sector.
What recruitment sectors do you cover?
At the moment we only cover the legal sector but our vacancies and candidates are spread throughout the UK and overseas and range from para-legals, trainees, NQ’s, junior to mid qualified lawyers and junior partners.
How long has CompareLegalJobs been established?
CompareLegalJobs was established in late 2009 by two individuals, Tim Bates and Charles Magill, who both have extensive experience of recruitment and the professional services sector. The management team is led by the former senior partner of Wragge & Co,
John Crabtree
How does CompareLegalJobs differ with a traditional job boards or recruitment consultancies?
CompareLegalJobs is like no other job board. Designed solely with the interests of employers and candidates in mind, recruitment consultants are not permitted to advertise on our site, we aim to take all the best bits of using a recruitment agency or a typical job board and create a service that is superior to both.
What are your diversity and inclusiveness policies?
CompareLegalJobs recognise the importance of diversity in the workplace for our own and our clients’ businesses, both in increasing the recognition of our brand amongst a wider audience and to encourage a diverse candidate base and workforce. We are working with key stakeholders within the legal profession to ensure that organisations such as ourselves are at the forefront of ensuring such policies are adopted not just by the legal profession but by recruiters as well.
