You will have experience of large, complex arbitrations. Your desire to develop your advocacy skills will be strong, as will be your enthusiasm to work on a wide variety of cross-border matters, particularly those arising in Russia, the CIS and Central Asia.
You may have published in arbitration journals and spoken at conferences, and will have demonstrated your legal research skills in the cases you have handled.
