Professional Negligence Solicitor

We are looking to recruit a proactive professional negligence solicitor (or equivalent). You will be running your own caseload involving a variety of claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals.

You should ideally have at least 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) and be able to undertake a mixed caseload with minimal supervision. The ability to identify and assess claims quickly is essential. Additional experience of either consumer contract or property disputes would be an advantage.

You should also have a good billing record and have a proven legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a team.
