Our Banking & Finance team acts for banks and other lenders on a wide range of banking, acquisition finance, asset finance, consumer credit, asset-based lending and property finance transactions, as well as working with colleagues in Corporate Recovery on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, highly motivated lawyer to join our national team to grow a banking & finance practice in our London office. Supported by partners from our Birmingham based Banking & Finance team, we aim to grow a dedicated Banking & Finance team in our London office to work alongside our Corporate, Real Estate and Corporate Recovery practices.
A broad based experience of acting for lenders and borrowers on a varied range of banking & finance transactions is preferable. Of equal importance, however, will be the successful candidate’s aptitude for the role as the candidate will need to possess the necessary skills and qualities to be an essential part of our team. The successful candidate will have worked as part of a larger team at a major London or regional practice, advising on lending transactions for banks, financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers.
