Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyer

Our Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation team provides a full range of legal and business advisory services, ranging from advice on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes in the High Court and domestic and international arbitration to general advisory on policy wordings, transactions and regulatory issues. It is a highly-regarded team with its partners recognised in the main legal directories.

We currently have 2 partners and 5 lawyers within the team and we are now looking for someone ideally with experience in both insurance and reinsurance litigation, and with experience of international arbitration. The candidate should have gained broad experience of the (re)insurance market and have a good understanding of market operations and Lloyd's in particular. The candidate will be required to work in a team environment and participate fully in marketing activities.

The Insurance and Reinsurance Team is part of the broader Dispute Resolution team at Lawrence Graham which consists of 10 partners and approximately 16 lawyers and 7 trainees.
