The LFB group advises banks, multi-lateral agencies, project sponsors and governments in relation to energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects. Our work covers the full range of bank and capital markets financing techniques across these sectors.

We are seeking to recruit two mid to senior level associates who will add to the skills of the group and provide excellent levels of service to our clients.

Candidates should be experienced in the core financing disciplines relevant to some or all of the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors and should also be familiar with the typical project constraints, regulatory regimes and risk factors associated with these sectors.

Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (LFB)

Qualifications required

Excellent academics.
Between 4-7 years PQE with evidence of experience in energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
We will consider candidates with less or more experience provided they can demonstrate their suitability.

Work based competencies

A desire to contribute to growing the finance practice;
Experience of complex international transactions gained at an international firm with a strong presence in this sector.

Behavioural competencies

Strong communication skills and influencing and leadership skills;
Ability to use initiative and be pro-active and to establish professional credibility.
