The work of our Corporate lawyers can be tremendously varied, although typically we advise clients that are acquiring or disposing of a business, negotiating commercial contracts or seeking general corporate advice. We advise 16 of the FTSE 100 as well as blue-chip multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity houses.

Key responsibilities


Main duties and responsibilities include:
· Drafting and amending documentation
· Reviewing documentation
· Advising clients in meetings, on the phone and in writing
· Liaising with clients
· Attending client meetings
· Managing client expectations appropriately
· Business development and Legal research
