From local to international, our clients receive a specialist and dedicated service in respect of the employment legal issues affecting their organisation. Our worldwide team of 250 specialist lawyers is drawn from over 20 different national jurisdictions and are perfectly placed to support clients with multi-jurisdictional issues affecting business operations.
The EP&B's team full service offering includes: collective employment issues, HR policy and strategy, litigation and dispute resolution, restructuring and outsourcing, diversity and equal opportunity policy, executive issues, employment consultancy, health and safety, training, benefits and compensation and pensions. Our structured training and development programme ensures that all our lawyers are coached in the key skills of delivering commercial solutions based advice, negotiation, advocacy and representation. We also have one of the largest employment litigation practices in the UK and the team often undertakes its own employment tribunal representation, including appeals.
The London team is now looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious generalist, with a minimum of two years' previous experience from a top City practice or strong regional firm.
