We are now looking to add an experienced IP Litigator, with a minimum of 2 years' pqe, to the team. A varied caseload will also include some elements of non-contentious IP work. Strong organisational and team-working skills are essential and technical excellence is a pre-requisite. This is a great opportunity for a driven, ambitious lawyer to join a dynamic, forward thinking practice.
DLA Piper's IPT global practice group has more than 350 lawyers across EMEA, the US and Asia specialising in intellectual property, technology and sourcing, media and sport, and commercial contract law. The IPT group is one of the largest of its kind in the world and a core part of the firm's strategy. Within this group, we have dedicated IP lawyers developing asset management and protection strategies designed to help clients manage risk, continue growth, and protect market share around the globe. We understand the commercial issues and pressures which arise from IP disputes or related negotiations, and provide innovative and strategic solutions to deal with them.
The success of our IP and Technology practice attracts considerable attention. We are ranked as a leading IP team by both Legal 500 and Chambers directories across Europe. These accolades reflect our clients’ confidence in DLA Piper’s leading-edge advice when creating, protecting, managing and extending their IP rights wherever they do business. For disputes such as those between strategic partners, or involving technical or confidential matters, we advise on alternative methods of dispute resolution and have specific expertise in arbitrations and mediations.
