Our Real Estate team of around 28 partners and over 40 lawyers takes pride in being able to respond quickly and efficiently to clients, offering practical commercial solutions to complex legal issues. The Oxford Real Estate team consists of 5 partners and 9 lawyers.



You will be our leading residential development solicitor in the Oxford team, working under the general direction of the residential development sector head (who is lead business development partner for all real estate work). We want to hear from people with strong legal knowledge of land acquisition and disposal, development agreements, infrastructure and planning agreements, site set up, joint venture and collaboration agreements. All our lawyers need to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the commercial aspects of property transactions. 



Qualifications  required:


Confident and personable
Good business development skills
Excellent relationship with one or more prominent house builders
Exemplary client relationship management skills
A team player - willing to support others and be flexible Strong academics
Motivated and ambitious
IT literate
Likely to be 4-6 years PQE but expertise, attitude and track record are more important
