We are looking for high quality applicants with 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial law.
Excellent academics are required, e.g 'A' grades at A-level or equivalent, minimum of 2.1 Bachelors Degree or equivalent, and the necessary legal qualifications to practise as a lawyer.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
· Drafting and amending documentation
· Reviewing documentation
· Advising clients in meetings, on the phone and in writing
· Managing client expectations appropriately

· Supervision of trainee solicitors
