Requirements

We are looking for high quality applicants with solid general lending or leveraged finance experience to join the group. Excellent academics are required, e.g. 'A' grades at A level or equivalent, minimum of 2:1 Bachelors Degree, and relevant legal qualification.



Key responsibilities


Main duties and responsibilities include;

Drafting and amending documentation
Reviewing documentation
Advising clients in meetings, on the phone and in writing
Liaising with clients
Attending client meetings
Managing client expectations appropriately
Business Development
Supervision of trainee solicitors
Legal research
