Corporate: Investment Funds Associate 2-4 PQE

The Role

• Associates with 2-4 years PQE to undertake investment funds and assest management transactions sought to join this market leading team
• Opportunity to work in a market leading practice with high-calibre fee earners in a collegiate environment
• Involvement in cutting-edge fund formation transactions involving establishing all types of funds(primarily listed, but also unlisted) and asset management corporate work with a significant international component
• Advising major leading, domestic and international, fund management houses, financial institutions and corporates sponsoring and managing funds as well as M&A work for fund managers

Qualifications required

• 2-4 years PQE
• Excellent academics
• Either funds experience of General corporate and ECM experience
• If not already a Funds specialist, willingness to take on funds work (listed and unlisted, covering all manner of investment policies including hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity funds, infrastructure funds and renewables funds)
