Herbert Smith is presently recruiting for group LL3 which comprises seven partners and approximately 30 associates, plus trainees and paralegals , giving a total complement of 50 plus PAs.
The work in this practice area includes large high-profile and complex claims relating to restructuring and insolvency including significant disputes against former directors and auditors of failed companies and complex cross border insolvency disputes. The work also covers general commercial disputes, including disputes arising out of corporate M&A transactions, government / PFI contracts, professional negligence, disciplinary and regulatory proceedings, energy disputes, claims in relation to agents, media, sport and art related disputes,
