How to Impress at Interview

You've got the interview - now get the job! There is no point in 'selling' all of your positive qualities and leaving the employer to figure out how these great qualities might translate into a benefit for them. You must try and anticipate the need of the employer more than ever in this current recruitment market and articulate why, by hiring you, those needs will be met much easier with you in situ than with someone else. The candidate who presents a reasoned argument and plan as to why he/she should be hired will win through in the end.
